The Project: This primary school was founded in 1985 with forty five children aged seven. It is situated in a poor rural area twenty kilometres from São Pedro da Serra.
By 2006 there were 140 children in the school, aged from three to eleven years, and 45 adults. Now the school now needs extending to cater for a 100 additional children. Another three classrooms are needed as well as a kitchen and equipment to accommodate this increased demand. . : |
